Successfully disable the Process form

Has anyone successfully disabled the new process forms? It is driving me and my clients nuts. We do not use CRM this way. I have created a security role called "UI Process Form". I have assigned this role as the ONLY role that can use this form. None of the users have this security role. I have done this in Leads, contacts, and accounts. I have Switched to classic view.

This new Process form will not go away. Really not happy with Polaris!

Generally the steps to force the "classic" forms for all users are included here: Force Classic Forms - CRM 2011 (Process UI)

Have you also unchecked "Enabled for fallback" and Published everything?

I even cleared cache, cookies, logged out, logged in, rebooted. It just won't go away.

Is the classic form set to "Display to everyone" and enabled for fallback and is it set first in the Form Order?

I think that was it. The issue was that I have a Lead form for the B2B group and a Form for the End-user group. The B2b group's form was not set for Enable fall back. Thanks.

Well, it is back. The new process form will not go away......
