How to get the previous vaild sales price on POS?

Hi there,

My client wants to know item's previous price on item details page on the POS.

They often change the retail price by adding new trade agreement journal. They want to see the item's WAS and NOW price when they checking an item price on POS.

We're trying to develop this functionality. So I'd like to know if there is a way we could only custom the POS code to achieve this.

Anyone is familiar with the POS side's price engineer? Any thoughts?

I've came across this document recently which might be helpful in your scenario. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/price-change-tracking I guess you might have to develop a customization with this feature.

That's a good point for solving my question. I'll look into the price change tracking table to see if I can get the previous price.
