ReportWe've just found out about the plan to stop supporting ADX Portals On-Premises after August 1st 2018. Reading the PDF linked from https://community.adxstudio.com/ it states:
"A limited number of customers purchased legacy Adxstudio v7 via an on-premises subscription license. Portals using this license type will stop working on August 1, 2018."
As you can imagine, that's worried us a little. We've checked with adxquest@microsoft.com and got the following response:
"Please be informed that Microsoft won’t be releasing any bug fixes, security updates or support the application once the ADX studio v7.0 is end of life(1st of August, 2018). You can continue to use the application/portal post the Adx end of life at your own risk."
Those two statements seem to conflict.
Our licence key expires August 1st and we don't want the following appearing after that date
Is anyone in a similar boat? Is there someone on the product team reading this that can confirm what will actually happen on August 2nd please?
