Just start Trial account - Cannot access anything with the admin login

Hi I just sign up for the trial account for Business Central today.  However, for some reason, my main login - the one I use to sign up for the trial - does not work.  The following error message continue to surface.

Could not open the '' company. Access is denied to company 'CRONUS Canada, Inc.'.

And although I have 2 other user account that was able to login, unfortunately the permission level is not high enough for me to make modification to the main account.   I am stuck.  I can't even create new company and reassign permission rights.

Can someone help ?

    Hello,

We can have a look at the issue, but for this we do need the url or identifiable part of the url (e.g. the part that does come before .onmicrosoft.com). Best is to file a support request for this if the below does not help you to unblock yourself. Not sure if sharing the url on a public forum or part of the url is best practice these days. As far as I know there is no other company in the Canadian tenant other then CRONUS Canda, Inc.

Basically, there is always one user that does have all access to all companies. If this is a new tenant, there are two companies:

    - CRONUS Canda, Inc.

    - My Company

Most likely your own user account is restricted to only one company (e.g. My Company).  On the user page, the user is listed and a company is added next to it.

Using the user account that is not restricted to any user should help or you try to access another company via:

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/&lt;<guid>>/?company=CRONUS%20Canada,%20Inc.

    Or via the other company:

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/&lt;<guid>>/?company=My%20Company

If you are in with an account that has access to all companies, you can remove the Company name assigned to your user name on the User Page in BC.

    Hope it does help.

    Hello,

You can read more about the support plans here:

    dynamics.microsoft.com/.../plans

When submitting the ticket it should be clear this question is about Dynamics 365 Business Central. If needed, you can put my name in the ticket or a link to this forum posting so that it is clear what this is all about. I am located in The Netherlands, depending on where you are located, one of the team will handle the support request.

    Thanks.
