    Hi partner,

    Please follow my steps.

    1. Export the chat and open it as xml files.

2.Add the order code into the xml.

3.Save and import the xml into Dynamics 365.

    Hi partner,

If want to change the bars' colors, you should add "PaletterCustomColors" in your xml.

I don’t know why when I share it with someone they can’t view the charts.

    Hi partner,

    Thanks for your recognition.

Please make sure that the person being Shared has permissions on the main entity of the chart.

For example, you want to share an account chart to others, so the other users should have the permissions to account entity. You could check it in Settings->Security->Security Roles.

    Hope it helps.

I look into security roles and it doesn’t tell me if that person has the main entity for the chart. I see the name of the security roles but not by user.  The entity to create it is jobs.

How do I know if the person has the job entity ?

    Hi partner,

Each user has his own security roles. You could check it in user form.

    Go to Security-Users.

For example, I want to know the security roles of users"Alan", so I open the user form and click on "Manage security roles", and then D365 will show a list for you.

    pastedimage1570671035440v1.png

From the screen shot we can see that "Alan" has a security role named "Account Manger", so we could go to Security roles and find "Account Manager" to see what permissions does it have.

Here we could konw the permissions to each entity clearly.

You could also refer to this doc for more informations about Security Roles.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
