Portal Custom Entity Form Need to add four buttons at the bottom

Hi

I have a portal-->Entity Form-->Request. How do I add four buttons to the form at the bottom. I would like to have he form to have a) Save as draft b) Delete Draft c) Save Request d) Save and Close

First button will save the data on the portal form in draft mode without submitting it to further action (Status : Still in Draft). Second button will give the option of deleting the request if it is in status Still in Draft. Third button will change the status to Submitted for further processing in CRM. Fourth button will change the status to Submitted and closes the form and takes the user to Home page. Also is there a way to change the form to read only mode once it is submitted.

Form and entity are custom.

Thanks for your help

Onclick of that button can i call the js defined in dynammics crm. Or i can create custom button by webtemplate and bind js on and create record in crm

Goto your entity forms, there you'll find Additional settings. Select workflow type and there you'll have to select your on-demand workflows on that particular entity. After you save and expose that form on portal you'll see a button and on click of that button your on demand workflow will be executed in the back end.

How do we add custom javascript and bind to the newly created custom button (Ravi) ?

I need to get a field updated which is not present on Entity Form when user submits the data.

Can you suggest how to approach it?

    Hi,

You can configure multiple button for an entity form using the Action Button Configuration under advance setting.

    Refer below screenshot-

    Hi,

You can add a custom button on the entity forms. On click of that button call the JavaScript function to do the necessary action in CRM.

You can set the form to read-only using JQuery.

    Hope this will help you.
