Hi All,
Need help !
We have created queues in CRM with incoming email as queue1=hotel1@abc.com, queue2=hotel2@abc.com, queue3=hotel3@abc.com
On the exchange side these email IDs are part of a distribution list (DL)
Queue1's email id is part of DL1 (dl1@abc.com)
Queue2's email id is part of DL2 (dl2@abc.com)
Queue3's email id is part of DL3 (dl3@abc.com)
Whenever an email is sent to dl1@abc.com, there are rules configured to forward these emails to hotel1@abc.com.
Whenever an email is sent to dl2@abc.com, there are rules configured to forward these emails to hotel2@abc.com.
Whenever an email is sent to dl2@abc.com, there are rules configured to forward these emails to hotel3@abc.com.
We can see the emails in the inbox on O365, but none of the emails are landing in CRM's corresponding queues.
However, when we create a queue for dl1@abc.com, we can see emails coming in there in CRM
We dont want to configure, distribution lists as queues in CRM and even if we configure them as queues how can these emails from dl1 be forwarded to hotel1 in CRM.
Server side sync is working fine, both inbox and outbox is successful.
Am i missing something? is there a limitation for distribution lists etc.

Hi Prashant,
There are no limitation around that, please raise a support request to solve this and look from the backend.
