Scheduled Need is the quantity of the item needed on the production order to complete the quantity to be produced. This is the amount expected of the component to produce the quantity on the production order.
Needed Quantity is the scheduled need less qty on hand less quantity on PO. This is the quantity that you will be short for the production order
