The entry for the fixed asset disposal missing the acquisition GL account, i tested the same on test environment and GL entry is correct.

1: Have you used correct offset account while creating disposal?
2: Can you compare your setup in posting profile disposal with test env where the entry is correct and your env where the issue is?

Whether the acquisition posting will be reversed or whether you just post the net book value out depends on your accounting setup.
There are 'thousands' of ways how you can setup the disposal sale/scrap postings.
I would recommend you having a look at the MS demo companies and how things are setup there.

The Test Server is a copy from our main server and the disposal entry not same.

I see.
What should certainly help are the setups that are made in the MS contoso companies.
You can do some testing there and compare what MS has setup vs. how your setup looks like.
