Styling xml file for Dynamics AX with style sheet (css)

Hi;

I am trying to understand how xml file (extracted from Dynamics AX reports) work with style sheet? to make the output file more presentable to the user. I could not find much for dynamics AX. (rather there are tools for NAV). My requirement is to generate xml file out of AX, provide client with XML file and its associated style sheet so when the open the file its not xml tree but rather a proper formatted report. I am not sure how it is done in Dynamics AX 2012 ? Any help is greatly appreciated.
