"Nothing to handle" Error while trying to do warehouse shipment

Hi,

I'm using a basic warehouse functionality without BIN's and without directed put-Away and pick. you can see the same from below image.

 

 

Now when in my warehouse shipment when trying to pick the items i'm getting error as nothing to handle. Below is screenshot for reference.

 

Why i'm getting this error. Is it because of Location settings or item card settings. Or is there any setup that i'm missing in BC. Please help.

    It seems the "Nothing to Handle" error is likely due to a mismatch between your warehouse shipment and item settings. Since you're not using bins or directed put-away and pick, ensure that your location settings and item card are correctly configured to match this setup. Double-check that the items are properly assigned to the correct location and that the shipment is set up correctly. If everything seems in order, verify that there are no discrepancies in your inventory setup or shipment configurations.

    have you try the button "Autofill Qty. to ship" as looking at your image, Qty to ship is 0.
     
    try that and see if you get a message.

    Based on the information you provided it looks like you simply don't have the item available in inventory at the location used.

    try to test using an item with sufficient qty. also please create a new sales order. If you use an old one, it could be handled by other users.
