Hi!Is there a way to handle shopping cart abandonments in D365 Marketing? How can one track a cart and send the link to a cart via email to a customer that has abandoned their cart? Best regards, Eva

I would suggest that you look into Customer Insights, since there's already some documentation on how to by microsoft.

I believe you could try to extend your Dynamics 365 Marketing with a custom trigger in Real-time marketing as well.
