Hello,

We are currently using Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales and I want to try and run daily reports on who is logging into their CRM account. We are using Azure as a portal interface for companies to log in and change their accounts. This information is kept in each individual account but I do not know how to run a daily or weekly report of this information.

When I look at my CRM the information can be found on their contact card under a tab called portal authentication. It gives us the Last successful Login under auditing of this portal authentication tab.

Is this type of report possible?

This is very useful information thank you for that. I am looking to figure out who is actually logging in. My name is all over this report but my external log ins just come up as our company name. I want to know when someone else is using their log in and not my admin users.

1. Go to Settings > Auditing > Global Audit Settings > Check 'Start Auditing' and 'Audit User Access'

2. Go to Settings > Auditing > Audit Summary View > Click on 'Enable/Disable Filters' and in the events select the 'User Access via Web' and 'User Access via Web Services'.
