Adjust alignment for form Tax 1099-MISC in AX 2012 R3

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to adjust the alignment for tax form 1099-MISC in AX 2012 R3. Via google, I learned that this adjustment can be done with Visual Tools for AX2012 (using visual studio). Unfortunately, the vendor who did install AX for us didn't install that tool for us. I also learned that some users did adjust by using Generated Design in AOT for report under AOT > SSRS Reports > Reports > Tax1099Report > Tax1099MISC . However I cannot find where Generated Design is.
