In standard D365 SCM (Supply Chain Management), warranty management isn’t a full-fledged out-of-the-box process, but If deeper warranty tracking and automation is needed (e.g., warranty entitlements, automated validation), customization or an ISV solution is typically required.
Let me know if you’re using Field Service or Project Operations — they provide richer warranty/service contract handling.
