Customize X/Z Report to A4 size

we recently had to change a RMS server at one of the store which had A4 size Z report with select details on it, it worked fine for few weeks, but now its gone and now it prints a standard 40 Colum report which prints on 4 pages, as in past it only printed 1 A4 size page

on the server receipt template folder there is only X/Z Report for 40 Colum

is there a way to retrieve or use a template to redesign?

Hi.

You are saying it's "one of your stores", do you have the same A4 Z report in the other stores maybe? If yes, you can get the file from the other store.

Also, double check on the old server if possible, maybe the Z read file is still there. Or on the the new server. maybe you just lost the configuration that points out to the correct X/Z file?

If not, do you have a printed copy of any of the Z reads in the past? If yes, talk to your partner or the person who personalized the A4 Z report to re-do it.

If You have overwritten the file, there are no other options...

you have to redesign the template. If you have over written it, no way to get it back.
