where can i find these options in D365 the screenshot is form AX2012 or is this feature deprecated? Im trying to setup global address book security. in Organization administration setup global address book

Hi Naveen,
Private location security means to restrict addresses and contact information which are marked as private. E.g. the HRM users would be allowed to see private address information about the employees, but not other users. Behind this parameter, there is a policy available which is enabled by default. This is another security compared to Address books and legal entity.

here they are saying security policies can be set up. But not explained in details
