Can anybody support on this topic. I have installed SL 7.0 with sp2. The user is able to log in to the home page. While selecting any option a message appears as system message : 10232 : Assertion Failure : File ctlbgrid.cpp :Line :748

Did you try and uninstall and reinstall the client?
Also, you could try and re-register the msigrid.ocx file in the system32 folder.
Let me know if you are still experiencing the error and if it is for all users on all workstations or just some users. Can you open any menu items on the server?
