Hello,
We go into Shipping Agent Options and selecting the Return Shipment checkbox in Navison, but no return label prints.
We only receive the shipping label.
Could someone please give guidance on how to set up Return Shipping so it actually prints a label?
Update:
We use Lanham to integrate shipping with Nav and I just found out this function was working properly for years
and just recently stopped printing the Return Shipping labels.
Any help trouble shooting this breakdown would be appreciated.
Hello,
First off thanks for the reply.
I am not a Nav expert and probably did not phrase my question properly.

Which localisation are you using? For GB at least it's worth looking at this to see the full capabilities of shipping agents as standard: docs.microsoft.com/.../sales-how-to-set-up-shipping-agents
If you want a specific carrier label to be produced that would be a development per carrier as they differ on integration methods. Popular alternative is to use Metapack as it's one integration but many carriers and labels.
You want a label that you're producing in house then you can add it to the sales return confirmation. With report selections you can have multi reports printed back to back. So upon producing a confirmation you could produce a return label. I would take a copy of s sales return report and create a new layout. You want most of the data from the sales return like name of the customer etc.
