If you created that template from the setup packages window, you can add the field by selecting the table in the lines and going to the "fields" option. You should see that field there.
If you are exporting that info from the G/L Chart of accounts page directly, you might want to try to add the field to the page first, and then trying again. To do that you can customize your page. Check the following link. I hope it helps.

By standard, BC hides the field No. 2. You will need a developer to create an extension to show that field. It's a 5 minutes job so shouldn't be that hard.
In BC to add fields, you need to develop an extension and publish it. You need a developer to make that change.
