Send an email without unsuscribe link

Hello,

My client uses Dynamics for Marketing to send his marketing e-mails. He would like to send also emails without unsuscribe link. A king of non transactioal e-mail, an email of information. Example, there is a problem on the elevator.

Is there a way to do that with dynamics for marketing ( I mean I know he could do that another way).

Hi Elodie,

IMHO, this is not so critical whether you call an email transactional or informational or some other way. Important is whether it can be classified as direct marketing or not. If this is direct marketing, then unsubscribe link and (for many jurisdictions) legal address are required. From the description below you can see that the example you've provided is a "service-related" one (not direct marketing)

So, you can follow the way Marketing treats transactional messages, set legal designation and proceed with no checks for unsubscribe link etc.
