Account schedule report

Hello Experts,

We have a customer who wanted to customize Account schedule report-25. Instead of Account schedule description we want account schedule name in header. 

i have added Account schedule name but when we run for all account then it shows only first account name in all the pages. 

Any help would be really appreciated.
