Two weeks ago my Business Central account is compromised.
The password and alternate email was changed by somebody.
We already create ticket to microsoft, but microsoft support is very slow response.
the first day to the third day, Microsoft support only asked if I was the account owner. I have proven it by answering the questions, until they will call the office phone to prove that I am the account owner.
Not enough there, Microsoft asked me to prove it with a notary public, and we have fulfilled it. but until now there is still no update.
it has been 1 week since I sent the document that has been legalized by a notary public.
is Microsoft support really slow?
am I not getting 24/7 service?
I spend around USD 36,000 per year to Microsoft but why do I get bad service like this?
my company suffered a huge loss because of this issue, our operations were disrupted, and it seems like microsoft is not prioritizing us.
our business continuity is threatened.
it's been almost 3 weeks now, and there is still no definite answer from microsoft.
Very pathetic.
