in opportunity "O1" parentcontactid = "C1"
contact "C1"-Formular: Is it possible to see both opportunities "O1" and "O2" in a subgrid?

then what I would propose you is to create a quick view in the account entity which contains the opportuninty subgrid attached to account.
In your contact form you will have the normal subgrid displaying the parentcontact relationship and the quickview displaying the parentaccount relationship.

Hi,
As I understand your case there are 2 fields on your opportunity form one for contact and one for parentcontactid.
If it is correct you will need to build 2 views in order to see all your linked opportunities.
Subgrids are based on the entity relationships ans as they are different it is normal not to see O1
