Error message when report as finished a production ordrer

Dear expert,

 

When I report as finish a producion order I have the following error message: Quantity XXXX cannot be updated whith inventory reference Prod. Reported as finished journal because inventory transactions whith status Ordred, Arrived or registered are insufficient.

when I consulted the screen Inventory transactions on the production order, there was no transaction (it could be deleted from the AOT).

is there a solution to deal with this problem?

    Hi Lamounia,

    You have to find out what happened. Can you find related vouchers? How did you create the production orders? Via the standard forms or using e.g. a customization or data import?

    If you can find out that it was indeed deleted, try to create a script to get the missing record(s) back. Carefully test this in a separate environment first.
