support debugger Resizing SmartList TreeView and ListView panes

Posted on by 60

I have installed the Support Debugger Trigger to resize the smartlist window.  This is a great feature thank you!!!

We are running into 3 issues:

1.) Support Debugger keeps on creating a log when all triggers are enabled.  I have double check and all triggers are set to non-logging.

2.) When a user opens a smartlist favourite using my-reports the GO-TO’s for that smart list do not work.

3.) When a user opens a smartlist favourite using a short cut on the navigation pane and a user opens the search window users cannot add search criteria.

Issues 2 and 3 happen when you get smartlist to open from My reports or Short cuts.

thanks,

boun

    Hi Boun

You can minimise the logging entries by selecting the Minimize Debugger Log Entries option (under the Do not activate Logging Mode option). If this option is not available then you need to update your Support Debugging Tool build.

As for the issues with the smartlist favorites, I have not seen those and will need to do some testing to see if I can replicate.
