Hello team,
I am working on closing an order in 2009. On the order line, it is showing the delivered quantity has been invoiced, but also shows an on-going remainder of 1. I want to the remainder removed and the order closed. whenever i attempt to close then it shows the info log below.

Hi,
What did you enter in the sales order line section? An additional negative quantity or did you simply modify the quantity that you saw there?
It would be great if you could describe the steps that you made and that triggered the message in more detail.
