We're currently migrating our old Microsoft Dynamics 2011 CRM on-premise server to Dynamics 365. We've exported all contacts and imported them into D365 successfully. The user that imported these contacts can open all contacts and see all contact details (first name, last name, email, phone,...), however when another use tries to do the same only a blank contact details form is shown. At this stage all users that are setup on D365 have the Systems Administrator security role - so they should have access to everything and see all data. Any idea why the contact details are not displayed ?
