MS Dynamics 365 CRM after importing contacts other users cannot retrieve contact details

Hi,

We're currently migrating our old Microsoft Dynamics 2011 CRM on-premise server to Dynamics 365.  We've exported all contacts and imported them into D365 successfully.  The user that imported these contacts can open all contacts and see all contact details (first name, last name, email, phone,...), however when another use tries to do the same only a blank contact details form is shown.  At this stage all users that are setup on D365 have the Systems Administrator security role - so they should have access to everything and see all data.  Any idea why the contact details are not displayed ?

    Hi Alex,

    Here are a couple of screenshot of the problem : drive.google.com/.../1L2xCxcLDiZA_CMs2r879-HvmU1EfW_f8.

    The first screenshot show the list of contacts that we imported.  As you can see all the information is uploaded correctly : the details are displayed in the right columns (name, phone number, email,..).

    However when I open any of these contacts I get a blank page (see second screenshot).

    As mention in my previous post, the person who imported all these contacts doesn't have this problem.

    Also when I create my own personal contact,  and open the contact afterwards, it displays the details properly without a problem.

    I don't believe this is an issue with a security settings, since I already assign all possible security roles to my account, but still no luck.

    What could be the cause of this problem ?

    please validate business unit is correct for all imported records.

    Hi,

     could you post a couple of screenshots (how the screen looks like when it works and when it does not)?

     Did you try different browsers or private browser mode?

     Can those users see contacts created directly in D365 (not imported)?
