Receipt information missing from HITB

I have a receipt that was posted and the first 13 line items did not hit the HITB but I see them in Inventory transactions?  Any idea how or why this would happen and how do I correct this properly.

The support document is very clear in couple of things:

    1) Reconcile or check links  is not going help.

    2) On option is insert records into the table.

For adding the records into the table, consider the following....

    1) Do you exactly what records needs to be added ?

    2) Do you have access to SQL server / Query analyzer ?

    3) Do you know how to backup -  just to be safe....

    Cheers!

Yes I did this post and unfortunately the transactions are not in the table so I believe I will need to insert them however they are in inventory.  I'm not too familiar with inserting into this table so any help would be great.
