Error while installing reporting services extension.

I am installing AX 2012 R3.So first I have to install visual studio 2013 than SQL server 2012 sp1

and then install AX component DATABASE, AOS, and client. after that, I restore the database on SQL server. after restoring data I am installing a reporting services component it gives me an error below is a screenshot 4201.Capture.PNG

Please make sure your reporting service web url is running. you can get to this by native ssrs management console.

My reporting services web URL is not running.how to configure a reporting services configuration manager.
