I need to create an email template of an order confirmation. I need to add the HEADER and the Order Product Details to the email template. How do you create an email template within the workflow so that I have all the order product line items appear on the email?

    Ralph,

Using the default workflows you cannot design an email with the order's product lines on it. You should be able to do it using Custom Workflow Activity.

Alternately, you can use a report or mail-merge to print / send order confirmation

Thanks. I will look into the custom workflow activity to help with the requirements.

    Mamatha,

How would I use Mail Merge to get the Orders and Orders detail on a Word Document?
