I am facing an issue. I have one SaaS business central instance in which access is given to users under the company domain name to a specific sandbox. However, any users under the same domain are able to access the other sandbox, even if they do not have permission for it. The only requirement is that users are under the company domain.
So, do you have any idea how to restrict users from accessing other sandboxes, even within the same domain?

Also, one more thing, upon login, how to block a user from logging in if the user is not set in the user setup?

Hello,

Add permissions to users and set your permissions per company. Users who have defined a company in permissions then he will be able to log in only to the company for which they have defined permissions.

From my experience, by the standard, you cannot use User Setup to restrict user login into environment. You will need to add custom functionality to restrict login that way.

This is a situation with the SaaS family, so if you want to restrict you need to play with certain areas

Permission sets - See if any distinct permission sets can be created for all Sandboxes or else assign the permission set to dedicated company only.

You can go with some customization to restrict this - See if some event we have on User management codeunit.
