What you have done should be fine and make the curated lists available on the e-com sitebuilder.
It might be that the scheduler jobs do not contain that info. In order to sort this out, please initialize Commerce from the commerce parameters and then initialize the scheduler, deleting the existing configuration. After that, run a full sync as you have done before.
In case this doesn't help, please open a ticket with support so we can take a closer look at your issue.
