Hello,
I want to add the "Connect Sequence" action to the contact subgrid on the account form.
See image below: I have a dropdown with multiple actions, but "Connect Sequence" isn't an option here.
How do I add in the new action here?

Hi dynamicsgs ,
You can add new action(ribbon button) in sub grid action dropdown by using ribbon workbench in D365.
Note: In ribbon, to modify entity ribbon solution will be needed, so if your entity in default customization(solution) then you need to create new solution and add that entity in that solution and use this solution in workbench to modify ribbons.
There will be 3 sections available in Ribbon after installation of solution in ribbon editor:
1) Home: From home section you can add/edit/delete ribbon actions for entity list view.
2) Subgrid: From sub grid section you can add/edit/delete ribbon actions for entity sub grid ribbon actions.
3) Form: From form section you can add/edit/delete ribbon actions for entity forms ribbon actions.
