Export Error Lines from Import File results in wrong Encoding

I work with CRM 9.1 online.

Base Language: English

Hebrew Language Enabled

Imported a file with Hebrew chars in UTF-8 and it got inside fine.

I got a few error lines in the import.

Clicked on the import file line >> Failures >> Click Export Error Lines and the exported data is in wrong coding  (probably not UTF-8) and the Hebrew chars are not readable.

BTW exporting from the Accounts, Contacts or Leads screen is OK and the Hebrew readable - but those are the imported lines.

I need the error lines.

Any idea what can I do to fix it?
Thanks, Ofer Plaut

    Hi Ofer,

I encountered the same problem with Cyrillic. I solved it by exporting the error rows file, then I opened the file with Notepad and saved it with encoding UNT-16 LE or BE. When I reopen it with excel I can see all values with correct encoding.

    Regards,

    Philip
