Hello

Please see screenshot. :)

My questions:
  1. How to update the column 'quantity invoiced'
  2. How did this happen?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

I just verified the sales order, it looks like the standard behaviour.

Also, the field "Quantity Invoiced" is linked to Retail sales line table. That might be the reason for not showing up.

    Hi,

That field is meant for Retail Transactions in Retail Statements, so it should remain empty if you're not using Retail

Thank you all for the answers.

I've been told, that our sales department is used to having those fields filled. They say it stopped being filled in november.

So....   what needs to happen to reactivate that. :)

    Hi e.soul,

When you go to the action menu for this page, check General, Line Quantity. Is the information correct on that screen?
It looks like your Sales order form is customized or has changes due to an ISV solution. The Quantity invoiced is not a standard field on the order lines grid, but can be found on General > Line quantity. I don't know if this is due to a wrong customization or personalization.

    Statement to the solution

So yes....   "Line quantitiy" is showing the infos we need. We added the correct columns to the sales lines and removed the retail lines.

However....   now I am curious, what the retail lines are good for....   but thats another ticket :)

    Hi,

As mentioned, this is standard behavior. The invoiced quantity on sales lines is tied to the retail sales line. To ensure this field displays the correct information, it would be best to check the issue with a developer.

As a workaround, you can use the Line quantity available under Sales order > General > Related information > Line quantity.
