Email setup for GP 2013 for remote client

all the users are using remote GP client , system preferences is set to MAPI(because i want to use the same outlook client to pop out during mail).

when we try to trigger mail from GP it prompt a message "you need to create a Microsoft outlook profile ."

although outlook profile is already created.

Environment info- we are using azure as cloud , all users are accessing GP through remote client(VPN) ,outlook version is 2016
