Toggle Question Visibility in VOTC

Hi All,

We're starting out using VOTC and we need to add conditional questions... getting the conditional question to appear is easy and well documented, what isn't well documented is how to get the question to re-hide if the customer changes their mind... how do you do this?

In my specific case i have an single response question with 10 options, if one particular option (lets call it option 10) is selected then a further 'short answer' question is shown... however if the single response answer is then changed to option 1-9, the 'short answer' question doesn't re-hide itself even though it's triggering option is no longer selected.

Help appreciated!

Thanks Mahen,

Seems my fundamental mistake was using the 'toggle visibility' option for this rather than Action of 'Show' followed by otherwise 'Hide'!
