We are working on Production Database updated to october 3th, and also, we have a test Data Base updated to July 31st. When i generate the Accounting Period Report in Accounts Payable Module (03.681.00)(period: July 1st - July 31st), in production database, this report does not show the same data than Test Database.
In production Database the report shows records with "0" value, but when we install the Test Database, the records appeared in "0", appear with a different value. Both Databases have the same information up to July 31st.
How can I get the same data in Production Database? any query, rpt update?

The test database and the production database contain the same information.
The test database was backed up two days after the end of July operations and the production database in which it is currently in operation but the information for the month of July in both databases are the same.
Already executed the integrity of the AP module and the result of the report still does not show the records that the period of July were open.
The report does not show the registers when the balance is equal 0 and In July some documents had balance different than 0.
Greetings.
The period sensitive aged AP report has to calculate the document balances based on what period the document was posted to and what period the payment was posted to relative to the current period AP is in. I cannot tell for sure but it sounds like your production database and your test database do not have AP in the same posting period. Look at the AP setup screen in both databases to see what the current AP period is in both. I suspect the closing process in the test database has not been kept in sync with that process in the production database.
