How to make a personal dashboard into a system Dashboard

Hi

I've been having a play around with configuring a personal dashboard view for myself. I understand that you can share this dashboard view with other users but I was wondering if someone can help with the step by step processes on how to set this as a system view. I understand that this will most likely be done by adding a new solution.
