Hi All

I would like all emails sent from Outlook to sync with CRM. With or without an account might be fine but I need to see how that would be sorted? The issue being is that existing business units are not in CRM.

in sort  How to incoming and outgoing  outlook email sync with CRM 365 ?

Thanks

    Hi,

Outgoing emails are not automatically tracked into CRM if they originate from Outlook. You need to track them manually.

For incoming e-mails, you can configure in the Personal Options- Email Tab, to track all email messages for a user or from the queue definition - if you are using a queue
