How to configure smart assist bots

Hi guys, as know smart assist can suggest relevant KA(knowledge article) or Similar Case when some keywords is hit. However I found out there is a smart assist bots available too, can I know how can this features help in smart assist? especially how it can help in agent experience? 
 
Is it will same with normal functionality which provide the relevant KA ? 

And how can I configure smart assist bot

    The smart-assist bot interprets the conversation context in real time and provides suggestions to agents.
