There is a brief documentation written for Dynamics GP 2013 R2; Workflow 2.0, specifically for the requisition management. The document can be downloaded from your customer source on the following link Note: The partner/customer source is currently under maintenance, it will be up by the 16th of August, 12 AM CST.
Additionally, there is a new book which has been published recently by MVP Ian Grieve as a comprehensive reference for the requisition management covering all the important aspects and prerequisites, it can be checked on this link
