Dynamics SL Published App

We are currently running Dynamics SL as a published app in Server 2012 R2.  When the users close the app via the exit button in the top left, the session is going as disconnected, but never logs the user off the server.  Is there another way for the users to exit the app that will log off their session from the RDS server?

Thanks,

Tim

I believe this is by design by the Windows RDP system itself rather than Dynamics SL. The behavior should be the same for any published app.

What I do is set a group policy or a RDP Host configuration in order to kill idle sessions after some time. Apparently, this is a rather obscure configuration under Windows 2012.

Check this blog for further info ==> http://blogs.msdn.com/b/rds/archive/2007/09/28/terminal-services-remoteapp-session-termination-logic.aspx
