How to get historical stock status report on RMS 2.0

Hello,

I want to get an historical report  on stock status. That is i want to get a report such that i will know what the stock balance at a particular time.

Please how do i acheive this?

    Good afterrnoon,

    Thank you for posting your inventory quantity question.

    I would recommend that you make a backup of the database and try running the Fix It from KB 2451854: How to generate "Inventory Valuation" and "GMROI and Inventory Turns" reports for dates before Microsoft Dynamics RMS 2.0 Feature Pack 1 was applied

    After you run this you should be able to obtain the beginning and ending quantity for the date range; and you could use the same date for both to get the beginning and ending for the date in question.

    Another option would be to run the Inventory quantity report for today, and then an item movement history report from the date in question, and subtract the two numbers.
