Dashboard creation displaying Notes from last 30 days

Hi,

Hope every one had a good new year 

I'm hoping that this is possible.  I would like to see the notes that have been added to an entity in last 30 days.

I have created a view in the Notes Default Solution from within the Advanced find.  But when I try and add this view to a dashboard I can't manage to locate the created view.  I have published all customisations
