    Hello atef083,

Have you gone through the answers provided?

Is there anything else left open/unclear or can this thread be verified and closed?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello atef083

When Purchase requisition is Approved, it is believed that the review process for a purchase requisition line has been completed, and the line is approved.

If user would like to modify any details(Qty, Unit price, etc) on the line after the approval then Approver might not be aware of these changes and it creates conflicts. A full PR approval process has to be followed if there are any corrections required on Approved PR.

    Hope this information helps..

    Have a great day.

If you try to edit purchase requisition after it was approved, you will see this message.

[The review process for purchase requisition XXX is compete. If the purchase requisition is edited. it must be submitted for review again. Do you want to edit the purchase requisition?]

    Hi atef083,

You have to run the full cycle again, no standard function can do this.

You could edit it from sql server,  but this is not recommended.
