Not able to see Subgrid ribbon in Ribbon Workbench for one of entity.

As highlighted with the arrow, I need to ribbon customize the Subgrid for one of the entity. But when I open that entity, I see no options to customize theSubgrid.
I have logged as a System Admin and have all the security roles. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you please tell which entity you are trying to customize the subgrid?

Also, can you try from xrmtoolbox ribbon workbench or import latest version of ribbon workbench on your crm instance.
