How do I stop automatic appointments details populating in other appointments

There is a weekly meeting request that includes a few people and attachments, and a tracked dymanics appointment which occurs at the same time, scheduled every 3 months.

The issues is that, a single instance of the weekly meeting is including the body and title of the dynamics appointment (there is no other content) and sending it to the participants of the weekly meeting.

This bug has happened twice so far and looking for a way to stop this.

If you don't get a solution, I would recommend you raise a support ticket.
