We have a scenario wherein we are utilizing Goals and Goal Metric of CRM 2011.
Goal is to get unique count of accounts that have provided opportunity in a particular quarter for a sales person.
Say for example if account Litware has 2 opportunity in Q1 and another account Grand Auto has 3 opportunities that closed in Q1 then the account count should return 2.
We have configured this using the count feature of Goal Metric and defined rollup query.
But we are unable to get distinct (unique) count of accounts. The query is returning 5 as count i.e. account for each opportunity in Q1.
Basically we need to get distinct count of accounts for which the opportunities closed in Q1
Need guidance on to how to achieve the same.
